Limited Warranty Coverage
The products covered by this limited warranty are all those manufactured under our own brand. Products marketed under other brands will be covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers.
All products covered by this limited warranty are protected against manufacturing defects for a period of two years, in accordance with current European Union legislation.
All our products comply with the corresponding declarations of conformity CE, RoHS y RAEE.
Quality control and prior inspection
All products undergo an initial visual inspection. Those that include electrical or functional systems are additionally subjected to functional testing before final packaging.
We request our official distributors to carry out a visual inspection upon receiving any product, as well as the installer, who must perform a final visual and functional inspection before final installation.
Before proceeding with the final installation of any of our products, it is recommended to verify their correct condition in the presence of an authorized representative of the distributor.
Conditions that void the warranty
We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by transport, handling by personnel outside our authorized technical service, or incorrect installation.
Damage caused by improper handling or incorrect installation will be the sole responsibility of the installer or installation company.
It is strictly forbidden to open, disassemble, or internally modify any of our products. These actions will automatically void the limited warranty. Only our authorized technical service is allowed to carry out such interventions.
Procedure in case of defect
If a defect appears after final installation and it is proven that its cause is related to a manufacturing defect, our responsibility will be limited exclusively to the replacement of materials identified as defective by our authorized technical service.

Appendix — Water-related products
- Do not embed products in walls or floors without technical access. It is recommended to install removable panels to facilitate inspections and repairs.
- Hydromassage cabins must be able to be moved without obstacles to allow access to their mechanisms.
- The recommended water pressure must be between 2.5 and 5 bars.
- Before connecting any product to the water supply, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the installation to avoid damage from impurities.
- Equipment requiring electrical connection must have automatic switches and appropriate protection devices.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from water leaks or incorrect installations.
- Warranty excludes wear parts such as wheels, guides, ceramic cartridges, showers, fans, and finishes deteriorated by humidity or vapor.

- Products must be installed in ventilated areas to avoid overheating and condensation.
- Cooling systems must be kept clean to ensure proper operation.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by electrical grid issues or lack of maintenance.
- Warranty excludes wear parts such as fans, fuses, or degradation due to ultraviolet radiation.
- It is recommended to use voltage stabilizers to protect electrical installations.
- It is recommended to check external connections before and after use.
- Do not leave LED strips exposed to outdoor conditions for extended periods.
- Temporary decorative lighting must be removed after use to prevent premature degradation.
